<span><B>Technical Program Management Responsibilities</B><br>&bull;Technical program management experience to assist in the provide support for IT software acquisitions and contract administration activities. <br>&bull;End-to-end monitoring, creation and contract administration for Software related activities. <br>&bull;The resource will work with the customer to gather requirements; perform market research to identify industry leaders and technology trends; create acquisition documents, such as Statements of Work, purchase agreements, and acquisition justification; and provide support throughout the entire acquisition process. <br>&bull;An acquisition background in Senior Buyer or Procurement would be beneficial but not required.<br>&bull;Project management experience in successfully managing medium to large projects involving Software implementations, which includes distributed computing, mainframe, mobility and storage. <br>&bull;Detailed knowledge of IT security and Section 508 IT Accessibility requirements, processes and technologies<br><B>&nbsp;</B><br><B>Position Requirements for this Contract to hire Technical Program Manager</B><br>&bull;15+ years of Information Technology professional experience, including at least 10 years in IT project/program management demonstrating increasingly larger efforts and scope of responsibility. To include, previous PM experience in more than one enterprise web application<br>&bull;Proficient in technical writing and communication in regards to software requirements, processes, statement of work, and practices.<br>&bull;Demonstrated implementation of Software Projects<br>&bull;Ability in Advanced Microsoft Access<br>&bull;Knowledge of License Optimization<br>&bull;Knowledge of Software Asset Management tools<br>&bull;Ability in regards to web design encompassing advanced ability of Microsoft SharePoint and/or MicroStrategy <br>&bull;Ability to lead the business process and organizational change management transformations that accompany software implementation projects <br>&bull;Required Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in an IT or technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work experience.<br>&bull;Demonstrated strong project/program management skills in technology related field (PgMP or PMP certification desired)<br>&bull;Unique/Additional Requirements Knowledge of USPS processes and procedures is a plus <br>&nbsp;<br><B>Please click on link and send Word resume for this Technical Program Manager Contract to hire position Washington DC (L&rsquo;Enfant Plaza).</B><br>&nbsp;<br></span>
