<span><B>Technical Support Specialist</B><br>&nbsp;<br>We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join the team with some of the most creative IT people in Central Iowa. &nbsp;This person is the primary support resource for our customers, external engineering group and sales team. &nbsp;The successful candidate must be able to identify and provide reliable solutions for network and technical issues to assure customer satisfaction.<br>&nbsp;<br><B>Job Description</B><br><ul>
<li>Resolve customer issues or difficulties in a manner that is consistent with the company mission and values.</li><li>Able to foster a sense of teamwork and collaboration with others in the team including customer service, production and sales.</li><li>Resolve internal and external technical support requests or issues related to product selection, applications, or installations.</li><li>Much of the remediation work could be performed with remote log-in sessions.</li><li>Extensive interaction with customers, partners and team via phone and email. </li></ul>
&nbsp;<br><B>Qualifications</B><br><ul>
<li>3&ndash;5 years experience in Engineering or Customer Support</li><li>A+ Certification desired </li><li>Engineering, Technical Field, or equivalent of successful experience in a similar role</li><li>Microsoft, Cisco or VMWare certifications helpful.</li></ul>
