<span>The Customer Solutions Agent (CSA) provides friendly and high quality service to customers. Our mission is to offer fans a guaranteed, fully supported, open ticket resale market that is the preferred secondary ticket marketplace for buyers and sellers. In order to accomplish that mission, our Customer Service Agents must contribute to our accomplishment by working as a team to build and maintain a loyal customer base by being the best at systematically handling transactions and resolving customer issues in a friendly, efficient and secure manner. The CSA will understand their role in providing in providing first call resolution, or determining the appropriate triage route. <br>&nbsp;<br>Job Responsibilities: <br>&bull; Support customers in navigating the company website and creating accounts. <br>&bull; Exceed call center metrics on a daily basis: QA, ASA, CSAT, NPS. <br>&bull; Research orders and accurately update information in computer systems. <br>&bull; Effectively uses all available technology tools and resources to resolve customer inquiries. <br>&bull; Develop and maintain knowledge of our corporate organizations and their functions in order to direct customers to the appropriate department(s) or work group(s). <br>&bull; Develop and maintain a general knowledge of our products and services. <br>&bull; Create relationships with customers based on a love of sports &amp; music. <br>&bull; Provide exceptional levels of service to every customer via phone and email. <br>&bull; Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills <br>&bull; Adherence to attendance guidelines. <br>&bull; Personal and professional conduct that is consistent with our culture. <br>&bull; Maintain professional relationships with coworkers at all times. <br>*****Fluent in Spanish is preferred but not required****** <br>&nbsp;<br>Basic Qualifications: <br>&bull; Love for live entertainment. Sport, Music and Theatre<br>&bull; 1-2 years Customer Service experience required <br>&bull; 2+Yrs Previous inside sales experience preferred <br>&bull; Excellent oral and written communication skills <br>&bull; Excellent communication skills <br>&bull; Proficient in Microsoft programs <br>&bull; General education or equivalent <br>&nbsp;<br>We offer a comprehensive training that runs approximately 3 weeks.<br>&nbsp;<br></span>
