Receive and process daily invoices.
Distribute invoices to department managers for payment approval.
Follow-up with receipt of approvals from managers in a timely manner.
Maintain discount schedule.
Maintain receiving and purchase order file.
Audits freight bills against freight manifests.
Answers all vendor inquiries.
Prepares accounts payable checks.
Reconcile statements and resolve any balance forwards and credits.
Prints all accounts payable reports and maintains all accounts payable files.
Prepares analysis of accounts, as required.
Assists in monthly closings.
Assists with accounts receivable and special projects, as necessary.
